Installazione, acciao, vetro, plexiglas, terra acqua, 50 x 50 x 200 cm

Ad un estremo un acquario, dentro l’acquario un pesce rosso; sotto, all’altro estremo, un vaso colmo di terra, in mezzo alla terra un germoglio.
Lentamente, con regolarità gocce d’acqua cadono dall’acquario verso il vaso togliendo vita al pesce e donando vita al germoglio.
Un togliere e donare lento, reciproco e incessante; un confronto che crea tensione tra due elementi: l’acqua e la terra come la vita e la morte.

On one end an aquarium, and in the aquarium a goldfish; at the other end a vase full of earth, and in the middle a shoot.
Slowly and regularly drops of water fall from the aquarium towards the vase, taking life away from the fish and giving life to the shoot.
A slow giving and taking away, reciprocal and ceaseless; a confrontation that creates tension between two elements: earth and water as life and death.
